MyFlexHome is a novel intermediary platform through which hotel accommodation can be booked by subscription. You choose a subscription package at your favorite hotel and stay up to 60% cheaper compared to individual bookings.

Choose your city, find your favorite hotel and configure your subscription (room category & number of nights per month). Stay flexible and enjoy the benefits of your hotel subscription.

You can choose from a 4 to 16-night per month subscription at all hotels. The more nights you take, the cheaper your per night price. Depending on the hotel, there are also different room categories.

With MyFlexHome’s flexible hotel subscription, you can book the nights you need at your favorite hotel – at a consistent price. You can easily book your nights with one click – even for non-contiguous nights, plus you enjoy special benefits as a MyFlexHome customer.

We guarantee that your hotel subscription will always be cheaper than individual bookings. If your subscription price is more expensive than individual bookings on the hotel website, we will refund you the difference. Details can be found at www.myflexhome.de/bestpreisgarantie

Currently, MyFlexHome is only available in Munich. However, further German cities are already being planned. Be the first to know when our offer starts in more cities by following us on Instagram or subscribing to our newsletter.

We have optimized our homepage for mobile use as a so-called progressive web app, so that you can also book your nights on the go easily via the one-click booking. An app is also being planned but we can’t give you an exact date yet.

No secondary residence tax is levied on the use of a hotel subscription. You have also not officially registered an address in the hotel, but are still a guest in a hotel.

Hotel subscription & conditions

If you do not use all the nights in a subscription month, you can book the unused nights in your next subscription period (maximum number of nights of your active subscription).

You can switch between the 4-/6-/8-/10-/12-/14-/16-nights subscription to the next subscription month as you wish. If you need more nights in the next month, you can increase your subscription or even change to a smaller subscription. Do you want to change hotels? Then you have to sign up for a new subscription.

Your subscription is valid for one hotel only. If you have canceled your subscription, you can always take out a new subscription at another hotel.

Yes, you can also use the hotel subscription as a corporate customer. The respective employee can manage his individual subscription via the MyFlexHome dashboard. Invoicing can be made to a company address if required.

During trade fairs or events, there may be surcharges in the hotels. The possible times and surcharges are listed when selecting the hotel. This way, you can plan your office days without incurring a surcharge. If there is a surcharge, this will be indicated when you select the accommodation.

Most hotels offer breakfast. You can book this directly at the hotel and pay there.

Generally it is possible to share the room with 2 persons. Depending on the hotel, there may be a small surcharge.

If you have not cancelled your subscription, your subscription will renew on the last day for another month.

Your subscription can currently only be renewed for one month at a time. But in the future we will also offer multi-month subscriptions, with which you can enjoy more benefits at the hotel.

The minimum duration of the hotel subscription is one month. You can cancel, pause or choose a different number of nights per month for your subscription at any time after that, up to one day before your month ends.

The earliest subscription start is in three days, the latest in two months.

You can book your parking space directly at the hotel and pay there.

Additional services in the hotel

MyFlexHome has negotiated for you many hotel special additional services, such as. a luggage storage between your stays, discounted parking or discounts in the hotel restaurant. You can find out which services are available for MyFlexHome customers in the hotel description.

So that you don’t always have to take your entire luggage with you, some hotels offer the possibility to store a piece of luggage between your stays at the hotel. If you wish to use this service, please contact us in advance by e-mail ([email protected]). You can see if your hotel offers this service on the respective hotel page.

You can switch between the 4-/6-/8-/10-/12-/14-/16-night subscription as you wish at the end of the month of your subscription.

Booking & Cancellation Hotel Nights

You can book your first nights directly when you take out the subscription. All further overnight stays as well as cancellations can be booked with the One-Click Booking in your dashboard.

In case your hotel is fully booked or unavailable during a trade show, you can always request an alternative at another MyFlexHome hotel.

In your dashboard you can see all current bookings and cancel them with one click. If you cancel within the cancellation period of your subscription, the night will be credited back to you.

The cancellation period depends on the individual hotel. On the respective hotel page and in your profile you will see the valid cancellation deadlines.

In your dashboard you will see all current bookings. There you will also see how many nights you have left in the current subscription month.

You can book your accommodations up to 90 days in advance.

Contract, Invoice & Payment

You will always receive your invoices by e-mail at the beginning of the month of your subscription. Invoices for extra charges at fair times will be sent to you after the overnight stays. In the future, all invoices will also be available in your dashboard.

We currently offer the following payment methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club), Giropay, Sofortüberweisung, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

The cost of your first subscription month will be debited at the time of purchase. Thereafter at the beginning of each subscription month.

If you make a booking during a trade fair period, the surcharge to be paid will be displayed when you make your booking and the amount will be debited with your next subscription month or after use. If you cancel the overnight stay again within the cancellation period of your subscription, the trade fair surcharge will be refunded to your deposited means of payment.

Pause or cancel subscription

Just send us an informal e-mail with your subscription ID to [email protected]. You can cancel your subscription at any time up to one day before the end of your subscription month. Soon, cancellation will also be possible in your dashboard.

You can pause your subscription at the end of your current subscription month for up to one month. Your unused nights do not expire, but can be booked in the next subscription month. Please note that you cannot make a booking in a paused subscription month. To pause, simply send us an informal email with your subscription ID and the desired time period to [email protected].

You can switch between the 4-/6-/8-/10-/12-/14-/16-night subscription as you wish at the end of the month. This way you can control how many nights go into the wallet.
