If you do not use all the nights in a subscription month, you can book the unused nights in your next subscription period (maximum number of nights of your active subscription).
Your subscription is valid for one hotel only. If you have canceled your subscription, you can always take out a new subscription at another hotel.
The minimum duration of the hotel subscription is one month. You can cancel, pause or choose a different number of nights per month for your subscription at any time after that, up to one day before your month ends.
Anyone can use a hotel subscription. Invoicing can be made to a company address if required.
MyFlexHome guarantees that your overnight stays in subscription are cheaper than single bookings. If you find a cheaper price for your booked accommodation on the official hotel homepage after your booking, we will refund you the difference. You can find more information here.
The cost of your subscription will be debited from your payment method at the beginning of each subscription month.
